Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn Sovren band in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price.

To start a return, email hello@sovren.co with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost; we recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund items we receive. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Bands showing wear, or returned without their original packaging, may be refused or partially refunded. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or equivalent local law.
